Mommy Tuneup: Recommended at 6 weeks postpartum or after. A 75-minute assessment which includes a screen for common postpartum issues, assess core strength, and provide recommendations for recovery and exercise. (**Please note, this is a wellness service and is not covered by insurance.)
Postpartum Return to running assessment: Recommended at 2-3 months postpartum. Includes an evidence-based approach to assess readiness for running, including pelvic floor, core, and coordination.
In-home physical therapy visits: Perfect for busy moms, you can elect to have physical therapy brought to you!
