Pelvic floor physical therapy
Musculoskeletal physical therapy
Birth Prep sessions. Recommended starting at 20 weeks. After an assessment, you will learn how to prepare YOUR body for birth, and for an optimal postpartum recovery.
Postpartum checkup. Recommended at 6 weeks postpartum or after. Whether you are experiencing pelvic issues or pain, or you are feeling well but want to make sure you are preventing injury or pelvic floor issues as you become more active.
Postpartum Return to running and/or sport assessment: Recommended at 6+ weeks postpartum. We will assess the pelvic floor and all the muscle groups involved in running to make sure you are ready to run without issues!
