About She PT

We believe in putting patient needs first, by providing 60-minute sessions, one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy. We believe care should not be delegated to aides or technicians, and should not be a cookie cutter approach We treat each patient as a unique individual, and treat the entire body to get to the root cause of the issue.

Jill Heath, PT, DPT, COMT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

I started She PT to provide the kind of care I believe all women deserve. As a physical therapist of 17 years and a mother of two kids, I blend my experiences in the clinic and as a mom to the personalized approach I give to my patients. I've seen what a difference high-quality pelvic physical therapy can make in a woman's life and pregnancy - postpartum journey. My experience and training in pelvic health, pre-and postnatal care, treating runners and athletes, and orthopedic sports medicine blend together to bring a holistic approach to my patient care.

I graduated in 2006 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, and earned a certificate in manual therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2007. I am licensed to practice physical therapy in Arizona.

Professional memberships:

  • American Physical Therapy Association
  • American Academy of Pelvic Health
  • Postpartum Support International - Board member of Arizona Chapter

Outside of physical therapy, I love exercise - running, hiking, yoga - cooking, being outside, and spending time with my husband, two kids, and dog - biking, swimming, exploring.
