How we treat it

We combine hands-on manual therapy for pain relief with posture and movement coaching that's safe throughout pregnancy. As you get closer to your due date, sessions can shift toward birth preparation — pushing positions, perineal massage guidance, and breathing strategies for labor. Many of our patients also use this time simply to keep exercising safely and confidently.

When should I start pelvic floor PT during pregnancy?
Anytime is a good time, but earlier is better. We recommend starting in the early second trimester if you're feeling good, or sooner if you're already experiencing symptoms like back pain, hip discomfort, or leaking.
Is it safe to exercise with pelvic floor PT while pregnant?
Yes — we regularly help pregnant patients keep exercising safely, adjusting as your body changes through each trimester.
Can I keep coming as I get further along?
Absolutely. Many patients see us right up until delivery, especially for birth prep in the final weeks.
Do you do birth prep specifically?
Yes — we offer in-depth education and hands-on preparation for labor and delivery as part of late-pregnancy care.
