Feel strong and supported through every trimester
Pregnancy changes your body fast, and not every ache is something to just push through. The earlier we see you, the more we can do — but it's never too late to start.
You might be experiencing
- Low back or sciatica-like pain
- Hip or pubic bone pain (SPD)
- Round ligament pain
- Urinary leakage or urgency
- A sense of heaviness or pressure
- Feeling unprepared for labor and delivery
Sound familiar? You don't have to push through it — request an appointment or call us.
How we treat it
We combine hands-on manual therapy for pain relief with posture and movement coaching that's safe throughout pregnancy. As you get closer to your due date, sessions can shift toward birth preparation — pushing positions, perineal massage guidance, and breathing strategies for labor. Many of our patients also use this time simply to keep exercising safely and confidently.
Jill was amazing during my pregnancy. She gave me tools to help with my Pubic Symphysis Disorder while I was suffering in the third trimester and postpartum that I'm still able to use 3 years later. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pelvic floor PT!
